Social Responsibility of Beijing No.4 School for the Deaf

On the afternoon of May 22nd, 2008, the representative of young female teachers from Beijing No.4 School for the Deaf came to Xicheng District, Beijing to accept the donation workstation, and donated 22 boxes of sanitary articles worth more than 2,000 yuan to female compatriots in Sichuan disaster area. When learning that female compatriots in Sichuan disaster areas were in urgent need of sanitary articles, Teacher Li Wenyan urgently organized young female teachers in the school to offer love. This call was echoed by many young female teachers, and a total of 22 young female teachers participated in this charity event, including party member, league members and activists. In just one day, this activity was implemented, and the school leaders also attached great importance to this activity, and specially sent cars to deliver these items to the donation office. Every box says "intimate love, for strong you-for the sisters in the disaster area", but a short sentence contains endless care and infinite affection.

On the afternoon of May 19, 2008, teachers and students from Beijing No.4 School for the Deaf came to the playground and held a memorial ceremony for the victims in Sichuan. 14: 28, the alarm sounded, the car honked, and the teachers and students of the whole school bowed their heads in silence. Three minutes, time has passed, but each of us is meditating, recalling the dribs and drabs of the past week, every minute, the disaster struck, the life passed, the United disaster relief, the national mourning ... all these will be deeply imprinted in the hearts of every China person.
