Guangdong Shiwan Winery Co., Ltd. was founded in Chen Taiji Winery in the 10th year of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty. It is located in Zhuzi Street, Shiwan (now Taiping Street 106). It is a time-honored brand in China, with its origin of 180 years. According to Daoguang Zhi of Zhong Yi Township, Foshan, it is recorded: "The speaker, the water quality is good, the rice is abundant, and the jars are old, all of which are absolutely delicious and mellow. Known as the best local product, it is the most famous winery of Chen Zongju (Chen Taiji).

Chen Taiji Winery had branches in Foshan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau as early as the Republic of China. According to the records of Shiwan Winery Factory Department, Chen Taiji Winery has been in the leading position in the industry for many years because of its best-selling products, and is also a core leading member of the wine club, and has participated in major decision-making meetings of Foshan wine industry. On October 2011010, the restaurant club was officially opened to the public. Before the opening, Shiwan Winery collected a lot of information and redesigned the decorative restaurant hall, hoping to turn the restaurant hall into an experiential wine history and culture exhibition hall.

In the lobby of the restaurant, the smell of wine is overflowing, and the little light of lanterns penetrates through the colorful glass of the clear window. Quietly sipping Shiwan wine next to the Eight Immortals Terrace, antique copper fans seem to make people travel through time and space at the moment of accelerating rotation and air friction. Although the times have changed, the cocktail party is no longer a place for discussion, but the display of physical objects, photos and other materials can fully express the prosperous historical connotation of Lingnan wine culture, and show visitors a lot of changes in Lingnan wine industry and the history of Chen Taiji Winery, such as the Qing Dynasty wine cellar that has been used for a hundred years, the traditional paper invitation of Chen Taiji Winery and so on.
