Unify the project process. For projects settled outside the scope of the industrial park, the leaders in charge of the county party committee and county government will be responsible for negotiations, and the heads of relevant departments will participate. For projects that have signed investment invitation agreements, the towns or parks where they are settled will take the lead in starting construction, carry out project work in accordance with contract requirements, and supervise the investment progress of investors. 4. Further solidify the basic work

Strengthen project reserves. Strengthen the information responsibility tracking system. Full-time personnel should keep an eye on investment information, provide front-line services, and adhere to the "four promptnesses", that is, promptly grasp the progress of the project, promptly discover problems in project advancement, report to relevant leaders in a timely manner, and coordinate and solve difficulties and problems in a timely manner. Make every effort to promote investment information to the substantive negotiation stage. If it is indeed impossible to implement the project due to objective reasons, a special report must be written to the county investment promotion leading group.

Strengthen project contract file management. Implement a filing and archiving system for all signed contract texts. No less than 8 official documents of the project contract shall be filed in the county, and shall be filed by the Government Office, Investment Promotion Bureau, Finance Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau, Legal Affairs Office, Industry Bureau and project responsible unit.
