Second, the recruitment qualifications

(a) basic conditions: law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, with good personal quality and professional ethics, no record of bad behavior and financial qualification restrictions, love rural cooperative finance, and be able to adhere to grassroots work for a long time; Physical and mental health, with physical conditions suitable for work requirements.

(2) Age requirement: under 26 years old (198511born after October 65438); The age of those who meet one of the following conditions can be relaxed to 29 years old (born after 1982 1): 1. (4) Gender and household registration requirements: the post gender and household registration of counter salesmen are not limited; The position of on-site salesman requires male, and the household registration or native place (based on the household registration location at the time of college entrance examination) is local (divided by prefecture-level cities, and any county-level rural cooperative financial institution within the jurisdiction of this municipality can apply in the same prefecture-level city). (5) Professional requirements: accounting and auditing, economics, statistics, business administration and agricultural economic management are the main majors.

1. Some county-level agricultural cooperative institutions have special indicators for the post arrangement of counter salesmen, recruiting graduates with bachelor degree or above in law, Chinese secretarial and news communication, computer science and technology, and civil engineering.

2. After registration and screening, a small number of outstanding graduates majoring in law, Chinese secretarial and news communication, computer science and technology, electronic information science and technology, electrical information and electronic engineering are recruited for on-site salesman positions (the rural cooperative institutions where Nanning and other 14 prefecture-level cities are located need bachelor degree or above).

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

Recruitment procedures include registration, written examination, interview, inspection, physical examination and employment.
