1. The working hours of temporary workers and permanent workers are different.

It is also possible to extend the time limit, but only if both parties reach an understanding. Long-term employees refer to on-the-job employees whose employment period is one year or more. Workers' jobs are fixed for a long time and generally cannot leave their jobs.
2. Temporary workers and permanent workers are different in internal welfare treatment.
Those employees who are not formally in monopoly industries or monopoly enterprises. Also known as "long slaves", they do more and get less. If they do more and get more, at least they are psychologically balanced. For example, the workload of temporary workers and contract workers is several times that of regular employees, but the salary is a fraction.
Compared with long-term workers, that is, regular workers have five insurances and one gold, temporary workers have no insurance, and no one is responsible for work-related injuries; Equal pay for equal work and dual-track employment system are not conducive to social fairness, justice, harmony and stability.
3. The unit has different personnel systems for them.

At the same time, many enterprises take advantage of the cheap labor of temporary workers (low salary, no promotion, year-end bonus) and the convenience of being able to come and go at once, and also use a large number of temporary workers in many long-term positions.
Long-term workers are protected by the labor law and cannot be dismissed at will for improper reasons, which is more troublesome.
The quality of their work is different.
For enterprises, hiring temporary workers seems to reduce the labor cost, but every time you hire a temporary worker, it means that you need to start training from scratch, which invisibly increases the training cost; In addition, most temporary workers have no skills, and the quality of their work is difficult to guarantee, which is obviously unfavorable to the long-term development of enterprises and has no sense of belonging to the unit.
Because long-term workers are skilled in their work, they have a sense of belonging and responsibility to the unit and are relatively more concerned about their work.
