Qualification Examination of Talents Introduced by Jishou Institutions in Xiangxi, Hunan Province in 2023

Qualification examination includes pre-interview qualification examination, pre-physical examination qualification examination and pre-post qualification examination, and runs through the whole process of open introduction. The application materials submitted by applicants must be true and accurate, and malicious registration is strictly prohibited to disturb the registration order. Anyone who finds that an applicant does not meet the requirements for post registration or provides fraudulent materials will be disqualified from examination or employment once verified.

The interview was organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with relevant units, and the supervision Committee of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection supervised the whole process. The interview mainly tests the adaptability of the candidate to the post in terms of ability, quality and personality characteristics. In principle, the examination proportion shall not be less than 1:3. The actual number of people taking the exam is not competitive, and the interview score of applicants must reach 70 points or more before they can enter the medical examination and inspection procedures.
