Longnan county Talent Apartment Application Conditions

The object of applying for lease is the person who meets one of the following conditions and has no room in the county:

(1) Personnel employed by the personnel department at or above the county level or approved by the Party committee and government at the county level to work in government agencies and institutions within the county, but not provided by the unit (if married, neither husband nor wife provided);

(2) Senior professional titles or high-level talents with a master's degree or above who are rigidly introduced to relevant enterprises in the county and sign labor contracts or work agreements with employers for not less than 3 years;

(3) Returned high-level talents who come to our county to start businesses;

(4) Rigid introduction of professional R&D talents who are engaged in product R&D in five key development areas of our county, such as special steel, rare earth, electronic information, food and medicine, copper and aluminum, and are unable to solve the housing problem at the moment;

(5) other outstanding talents approved by the county organization and personnel department.

Rent application procedure:

Applicants go to Longnan Party Affairs Open Network (www.lndw.gov.cn) to download the talent apartment application review form and fill it out truthfully. After being signed and sealed by the main leaders of the unit, it shall be submitted to the county talent office together with other application materials. County talent office audit in line with the application conditions for rent, according to the actual arrangement of housing.

Application materials:

1. Copy of ID card

2. Copy of household registration book

3. Prepare a copy of the certificate or an administrative letter of introduction (approved by the county party committee and the county government, and uniformly audited by the personnel department at or above the county level or the working department of the organs and institutions within the county).

4. Copy of degree certificate and diploma

5. Certificate issued by the unit (three points need to be explained: First, I am on the job; Second, there is no housing in the county; Three, the unit did not provide housing (dormitory))

6. There is no room certificate issued by the real estate registration center (the lessee is unmarried and needs to provide information on his or her parents' ID cards; The lessee is married and needs to provide the identity card information of himself and his spouse for inquiry)
