What is the process of leaderless group discussion on campus recruitment in banks?

A complete leaderless group discussion takes about 45-60 minutes and can be divided into four stages-initial stage, independent speech stage, free discussion stage and concluding speech stage.

(1) initial stage: the examiner reads out the notes and discussion topics, and the candidates read the topics, think independently and prepare to speak. The preparation time is usually 3~5 minutes.

(2) Independent speech stage: candidates take turns to make formal speeches and preliminarily expound their views.
