What is the process of leaderless group discussion on campus recruitment in banks?

A complete leaderless group discussion takes about 45-60 minutes and can be divided into four stages-initial stage, independent speech stage, free discussion stage and concluding speech stage.

(1) initial stage: the examiner reads out the notes and discussion topics, and the candidates read the topics, think independently and prepare to speak. The preparation time is usually 3~5 minutes.

(2) Independent speech stage: candidates take turns to make formal speeches and preliminarily expound their views. There is no order of speaking, and you are required to introduce yourself one minute before speaking (you can also do it independently before the official start). The examiner controls each person to speak for no more than 3 minutes.

(3) Free discussion stage: After the individual speaks, the group enters the free discussion stage. The content of the discussion can be a supplement and amendment to my first speech, an analysis of a viewpoint and plan or different opinions of others, or a more comprehensive analysis of all opinions put forward by everyone to highlight the most effective and feasible action plan. Applicants should not only continue to clarify their own views, but also respond to others' views. At the end of the discussion, we must reach an agreement. The time for free discussion is generally 30~40 minutes, and the examiner does not intervene at this stage.

(4) Summary statement stage: After reaching the opinions of the group, select the members of the group to make a summary statement on the discussion results.

The above are all the answers to the discussion process of the leaderless group of bank campus recruitment.
