Zhangjiagang Manbat Shopping Plaza has a total area of ??34,452 square meters, a total floor area of ??253,327 square meters, 1,591 parking spaces, and a total investment of 4 billion yuan. The project includes a diverse commercial center consisting of department stores, brand stores, cinemas, supermarkets, and comprehensive restaurants, as well as facilities such as urban citizen pedestrian plazas, waterfront spaces, and outdoor rooftop terrace restaurants integrated into nature. The project also plans a 21-story Grade A office building and a 22-story luxury SOHO office building to provide residents with convenient supporting facilities, thus driving a large number of floating people and activating regional businesses.
