Recruit a group of high-level talents to enrich the county's party and government reserve cadres and professional and technical personnel. Relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment targets and number of people

1. Recruitment targets: returnees from overseas studies, full-time applicants from key universities across the country, previous master's and doctoral students (Mainly key universities in Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu Province);

2. Number of recruits: about 50.

2. Application Requirements

1. Support the leadership of the party, have a firm political stance, have good conduct, and abide by laws and regulations;

2. Organizational coordination and language skills Strong expressive ability, excellent academic performance, and development potential;

3. Strong professionalism, volunteering to work at the grassroots level, obeying organizational arrangements, being dedicated to work, and having a spirit of dedication;

4. Major requirements: urban planning, construction engineering, traffic engineering, water conservancy engineering, mechanical engineering, electromechanical control, electronic information, materials engineering, environmental protection, chemical engineering, food engineering, computer Categories, corporate management, economic management, business and trade, accounting and auditing, Chinese secretarial, agriculture (forestry, horticulture, sericulture, marine fishery technology, animal science, aquaculture, agronomy) and other majors ;

5. Under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1980), and those who have returned from overseas studies are not subject to age restrictions;

6. Good health;

7. Priority will be given to those who meet the following conditions: ① Party members of the Communist Party of China (including probationary party members); ② Returnees from overseas studies; ③ Student cadres above the squad leader, class branch secretary or above; ④ College (department) "Three Good Students" or "Excellent Student Cadres" or above; ⑤ Received second-class or above scholarships or two or more third-class scholarships; ⑥ Proficient in a foreign language, with a high level of foreign language interpretation; ⑦ Published more than one paper in important journals , or have participated in professional-related research and have certain social practice experience.

3. Recruitment Procedure

1. Sign up. Registration is mainly done online. Interested parties fill out the "Registration Form for the Open Recruitment of High-Level Party and Government Reserve Cadres and Professional and Technical Talents in Hai'an County, Jiangsu Province" and send the registration form, resume and 2-inch photo to the registration email: 88812971@163.com. The subject of the email indicates: Name of applicant for high-level talents in Hai'an County (professional). Registration period: November 10th to November 30th.

2. Qualification review. The county public recruitment leading group office will review the qualifications of applicants (applicants shall be responsible for the authenticity of the information they provide, otherwise they shall bear the consequences).

3. Preliminary interview. Conduct visual inspections and individual interviews with those who pass the qualification review. Mainly understand the candidate's job motivation, personal personality, job matching, behavior, language expression and other aspects. The initial test time is planned to be in early to mid-December, and the locations are initially planned to be in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and other places. Those who pass the preliminary interview will be issued admission tickets. Determine the candidates for speech defense in a ratio of 1:2 or above. The specific time and location will be notified later.

The following documents are required during the interview: academic qualifications, degree certificate (or employment recommendation form, student ID card, transcript), certificate of returnees from overseas studies (returnees from overseas studies must provide), resume, resident status Original certificate, two recent 2-inch photos, original certificates of various qualification certifications, commendations and awards, and other supporting materials. Provide a copy of all certificates.

4. Speech defense. The finalists of the preliminary examination gathered in Hai'an, and the county public recruitment leading group organized judges to conduct a speech defense, which mainly tested the candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, organizational coordination ability, emotional control ability, interpersonal communication ability, adaptability and innovation ability, psychological quality, etc.

According to the order of scores from high scores to low scores, the inspection objects are determined according to the ratio of 1:1.5. The speech and defense will be held in mid-to-late December. Travel expenses to and from overseas will be reimbursed for participants, and food and accommodation will be arranged by our county. The specific time and location of the speech defense will be announced later.

5. Inspection. The inspection is organized by the Office of the County Open Recruitment Leading Group and focuses on the actual performance of the candidates. For fresh graduates, it focuses on political and ideological quality, academic performance, participation in social activities, etc., and for previous students, it focuses on political and ideological quality, organizational skills, and work performance. Performance, public recognition and development potential, etc. The physical examination objects will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 recruiters and submitted to the county public recruitment leading group for review and approval.

6. Physical examination. Physical examination standards and methods shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations on civil servant recruitment. Centralized physical examination for recruiters.

7. Public announcement. Those who pass the organized inspection and physical examination will be publicized on Haian News Network, Haian Party Building Network, and Haian Talent Network. The publicity period is 7 days.

8. Go through the recruitment procedures. If there is no objection after public announcement, the relevant formalities for formal recruitment will be processed.

4. Policy treatment

1. Recruited personnel are listed as our county’s party and government reserve cadres and directly enter our county’s party and government reserve cadre talent pool.

2. Recruited personnel will enter fully-funded public institutions in our county and enjoy the same treatment as personnel. The county finance department will issue a one-time placement fee of 5,000 yuan for the hired personnel. During the management period of party and government reserve cadres, a monthly housing subsidy and living subsidy of 1,000 yuan will be provided to master's students, and a monthly housing subsidy and living subsidy of 1,600 yuan will be provided to doctoral students. Those who have returned from overseas studies and those with special expertise and have served our county For urgently needed special talents, special preferential policies will be formulated separately.

3. Recruited personnel are generally arranged to go to county and town agencies, public institutions, and key enterprises for practical training.

5. Others
