First, the recruitment conditions

Physical fitness assessment is a standard assessment, and the assessment results are not included in the total score of candidates; One of them is not up to standard, which is regarded as unqualified in physical fitness assessment and cannot take the written test.
Physical fitness assessment must be completed independently by candidates. Those who fail to participate in the physical fitness assessment according to the specified time and place are deemed to have given up automatically.

Six, political assessment and physical examination

The political assessment shall be conducted with reference to the relevant requirements of the political investigation of the people's police of public security organs, focusing on whether to prohibit the recruitment of auxiliary police.
(2) Physical examination
Those who pass the political examination shall participate in the medical examination as required. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department, the Provincial Health Planning Commission and the Provincial Public Security Department on Defining the Physical Fitness Assessment and Physical Examination of Police Auxiliary Personnel in Public Security Organs (Lu Gong Tong [2017] No.30). The physical examination is conducted in a general hospital at or above the county level, and the medical examination expenses are borne by the candidates themselves.

If the candidates give up political examination, physical examination or political examination, or the positions are vacant due to unqualified physical examination, the candidates who have reached the minimum qualified score will be interviewed in turn according to the total test scores from high to low.

Employees sign labor contracts and pay social insurance such as endowment insurance, medical insurance, work injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance according to regulations. The newly hired personnel shall implement the probation period system, with a monthly salary of 2,700 yuan (including social insurance that individuals should pay).
