Chapter I General Principles

Chapter II Assessment Contents and Criteria

Article 3 All healthy students (all schools must carefully organize candidates to fill out the Student Physical Health Questionnaire (Annex 7) and keep it) must take the centralized examination. The three items in the centralized examination are running, jumping and throwing, with running accounting for 15, jumping accounting for 15 and throwing accounting for 15. Article 4 Disabled students are exempt from the examination.

3. The total score of senior high school entrance examination for disabled students in the Department of Physical Education and Health is calculated according to the following formula: 725×A÷680 (Note: in the formula, A is the total score of cultural examination for disabled students, 680 is the full score of cultural examination, and 725 is the full score of examination).

Four, the provisions of exemption, examination and assessment of disabled students:

(a) students with disabilities who do not participate in the centralized examination or students suffering from major diseases for a long time shall submit relevant certification materials (disabled candidates have disability certificates, school opinions, and opinions of the city (county) admissions examination department; Candidates suffering from major diseases, with the hospital certificate at or above the county level, the opinions of the school and the opinions of the city (county) examination institutions, must also provide the laboratory results, instrument inspection reports or related materials of the hospital's critical diagnosis, and submit them to the examination office of the Sports and Health Department of the senior high school entrance examination at the time of registration.

(2) Candidates who are temporarily injured (such as fracture and muscle strain) (certified by people's hospitals or central hospitals at or above the county level) and female students are on public holidays (certified by schools) may apply for an extension of the exam, and make-up exams will be made in the whole city at one time before the unified examination of cultural courses (the time will be notified separately).

(3) Disabled candidates who take the centralized examination shall register with the disability certificate and be assessed according to the scoring standard of disabled candidates.

Article 5 Students with excellent sports achievements are exempt from the examination.

All outstanding sports students who meet one of the following conditions can enjoy the exemption policy of sports and health.

(1) Participating in the joint sponsorship of the municipal education administrative department or the municipal sports administrative department in junior high school, and winning the top 3 individual events or the top 2 collective events (the events are limited to: track and field, basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis and New Year's Day long-distance running);

(II) Participate in sports competitions jointly sponsored by the education administrative departments at or above the autonomous region level or with the sports administrative departments (to be appointed by the education administrative departments of the autonomous region and Liuzhou City, or approved by the administrative departments of the autonomous region and Liuzhou City, to participate on behalf of the autonomous region or Liuzhou City), and obtain the top 6 groups or the top 8 individuals (the project is not limited);

(3) Obtaining the title of national second-class athlete or above in junior high school.

Candidates who meet the above three conditions, upon their own application, fill in the Application Form for Exemption of Excellent Students in Liuzhou 20 15 Junior High School Physical Education and Health Examination (Annex 6), and submit the competition order book, score book, original and photocopy of score certificate and original and photocopy of athlete grade certificate (the photocopy must be stamped with the official seal of the school) to the 20 15 senior high school entrance examination.

All schools must publicize the list of outstanding students who apply for sports exemption and the project rankings and certificates obtained by students at school.
