Those who organize employees (including labor dispatch personnel working in enterprises) to participate in various online vocational training during the shutdown period will enjoy a subsidy of 95% based on the actual training costs. The start and end dates of the social insurance payment year (including the employee medical insurance year) are adjusted to July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year, postponed by 3 months. If the insured unit pays social security fees overdue, no late payment fee will be charged after reporting to the social security agency, and the personal rights and interests records of the insured employees will not be affected. The payment can be made within 3 months after the epidemic is lifted. 7. Reduce or reduce rents for small and medium-sized enterprises. For small and medium-sized enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households that rent asset-type operating buildings for state-owned and collective enterprises in the area, the rent will be temporarily exempted for one month and the rent will be halved for two months, and will be extended as appropriate after the expiration. 12. Provide epidemic-related consulting services. Strengthen epidemic prevention and control knowledge consulting services, establish public welfare legal service organizations, and carry out online and offline legal consulting services to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.

The implementation period of this policy is tentatively set to be three months from the date of issuance of the policy.
