Enterprise development of Puyang Linwei Chemical Co., Ltd.

In August 2003, Puyang Linwei Dana Chemical Co., Ltd. was established. The joint venture partner is Japan Ouchi Xinxing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., with an initial investment of 5 million US dollars, mainly producing high-quality MBT, MBTS, CBS, TBBS and NOBS granular products. Puyang Linwei Chemical Co., Ltd. holds 5 1% equity. In May 2007, the subsidiary Puyang Linwei New Material Science and Technology Chemical Co., Ltd. was established. The subsidiary mainly develops new products, including superfine products and masterbatch products. In July 2007, we reformed the shareholding system and changed its name to Puyang Linwei Chemical Co., Ltd. In June 2009, our company successfully passed the ISO900 1:2008: 2008 quality management system certification.
