First, low wages, working environment and overtime work in enterprises have dampened the enthusiasm of job seekers. There is still structural unemployment, and some workers are unwilling to do some work in our city. "To get out of the strange circle of' no one has a job and some people have no job', on the one hand, job seekers need to participate in vocational training, improve their own quality and change their employment concept. On the other hand, employers should standardize employment behavior according to law and create a good employment environment for unemployed workers. However, in practice, due to various reasons such as mechanism, policy and coordination, the contradiction between supply and demand cannot be effectively solved in a short time.
