Ba Gang attaches great importance to the discovery, cultivation and use of talents. In accordance with the principles of "justice, fairness and openness", it recruits talents from society, pays attention to the cultivation of existing talents, and gradually improves competitive recruitment, open recruitment and "Dual-track system" for talent development.
