After completing the acquisition of Borg, Time New Materials followed the previous commitment: all the automobile business of Time New Materials was reversely integrated into Borg's subsidiary, which was managed by Borg. Based on the existing customers and products of Times New Materials Automobile Division and the current situation of Borg Shanghai Qingpu Factory, Borg strategically positioned Shanghai and Zhuzhou factories, that is, Shanghai factory mainly engaged in passenger car business and Zhuzhou factory mainly engaged in commercial vehicle business, so as to jointly expand Borg's market share in China automobile market and provide better services for China passenger car and commercial vehicle customers.

Relying on the original globalization foundation and effective resource integration of both parties, we will maintain and enhance the technological leading position of Borg in the field of rubber and plastic parts. At the same time, it will further expand its market share in China and other developing economies, strive to increase the market share of German car "Borg" in China, vigorously expand the high-end self-owned brand automobile market in China, and build a global automobile vibration reduction industry giant.
