The salary of Henan clerks after the reform is as follows:

1. The remuneration package of the employed clerks shall be implemented by the employing court in accordance with the provisions on the remuneration package of the employed clerks in the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Management System for the Employment of Clerks in Courts and Procuratorates in Henan Province issued by the Higher People's Court of Henan Province, the People's Procuratorate of Henan Province, the Department of Finance of Henan Province and the People's Social Welfare Department of Henan Province.

2. The salary standard is 2600 yuan/month, which will be gradually adjusted according to the wage growth level in Henan Province. The employed staff shall enjoy the holidays stipulated in the labor law during the contract period.
