It is a joint venture between Shandong Weijiao Group Co., Ltd. and Japan JFE Chemical Co., Ltd. The company has a superior geographical position, which is 0/2km away from Weifang/Kloc-the world kite capital in the east, 9km away from Changle County, the hometown of sapphire in China, and 4km away from expressway, Qing Ji in the north. It is away from National Highway 309 1 km, near Ji Jiao Railway in the south, and has a special freight yard, so the traffic is very convenient. The 300,000-ton/year coal tar deep processing project is invested by the joint venture company with 400 million yuan, covering an area of 360 mu.
