Causes and improvement of label warping

Mark warping is a very common phenomenon. The appearance of mark warping is usually caused by the increase of temperature. Besides temperature, there are four reasons for mark warping:

1, the viscosity of the label is weak, and the label cannot be firmly attached to the product when labeling.

2. Due to the insufficient pressure of the labeling wheel, the label cannot be completely attached to the product surface.

3. The choice of labeling materials is not suitable for labeling the product type. The selection of labels should be based on different types and materials. Soft products should choose some relatively soft type labels. (If you don't understand, please consult Gaozhen Machinery) Materials can be PE, PVC, unexposed PP or PE, PP synthetic materials and so on. For hard products, the label materials can be selected from PET, PS, BOPP, etc.

4. The adhesive used in label making is not suitable. For products with large surface curvature, adhesives with large initial viscosity should be selected. At the same time, label paper should not use relatively thick or hard materials, but should use thinner materials, such as film, thin and soft paper materials. For products that need to go through a possible heating process, it is best to choose the labeling material as a thin film adhesive with good initial adhesion.

How to solve the label problem? There are also various solutions, and there are seven common methods:

1. Control the temperature difference in the labeling process and raise the temperature of the label in advance, so that the process that may need to be heated in the production process is to reduce the influence of the temperature difference before and after labeling after the temperature is raised. Of course, increasing the temperature of labeling can also increase the active substances on the object, thus improving the direct adhesion between the label and the product.

2. Improve the stickiness of the label. This is the most direct and effective way to skip the bid. Increase the stickiness of the label and make it stick to the surface of the product more firmly.

3. Increase the strength of the labeling mechanism, so that the label can be completely attached to the product surface.

4. Choose a soft label material to improve the ductility of the label.

5. When making the label, the shape of the bottom of the label can be considered as circular arc, which can effectively avoid the deformation zone.

6. Try to avoid static electricity in the labeling process, which will affect the labeling effect.

7. Check whether there is dust or protective oil on the product surface, and wipe it off if necessary.
