Over the past year, we have mainly done the following work:

First, calmly respond to the severe challenges brought by the international financial crisis, and the economic situation is picking up. Fully implement the central government's package plan to deal with the international financial crisis, seize the policy opportunity of the central government to expand domestic demand and maintain growth, and strive for four new investment arrangements from the central government, saving * * *14.07 billion yuan.
