On the basis of following the College's Measures for the Management of Students, the original articles of association were appropriately revised according to the actual situation, and a new "Marketing Articles of Association of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics" was issued.

According to the articles of association, the highest authority of the association is the general meeting of members, whose main functions are: defining the working principles, tasks and objectives of the association; To review the work report and financial report of the Council; To review the revision of the Articles of Association; To elect and recall members of the Council; Consider nominating the next acting director by the Council; Decide on other major matters. The shareholders' meeting is held once a month, and the interim meeting is decided by the board of directors through discussion.

The Council is the executive body of the general assembly, and is responsible for the daily work of the association. Its main functions are: implementing the resolutions of the general assembly; To elect and recall the president, vice-president and secretary-general; Nominate the acting director of the next Council to the general meeting of members; Report the work and financial situation to the shareholders' meeting; To decide on the establishment, cancellation and change of various departments; Discuss, make decisions and supervise the activities of the Association; Lead the work of all departments of the association; Decide to accept or expel members; Formulate internal management system; Determine other major systems. The Council meets once a week. Under special circumstances, the Secretary-General calls an interim meeting of directors.

The board of directors has president 1 person and two vice presidents, whose main functions are: making temporary decisions; Check the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors; Sign relevant important documents on behalf of the association. The association has six departments, whose functions are:

Secretariat: It is mainly responsible for communication and coordination between departments, and completes the uploading and distribution work in time. And be responsible for the daily affairs of the association, preside over and record meetings, attend work and implement the decisions of the Council.

Finance department: mainly responsible for the budget, procurement and summary of the work of the association, and keep the property of the association, prepare financial statements and supervise financial revenue and expenditure.

Public relations department: establish and maintain the image of the association, train the members of the association in public relations etiquette, organize fellowship activities of fraternal societies inside and outside the school, and plan cultural performances. Cultivate your excellent public relations, planning and language skills.

Information department: inheriting the association culture is the link between previous directors, off-campus associations and the media; Responsible for the planning of large-scale quality development, PPT and video production, and the management of the Association website and Weibo.

Propaganda Department: Fully responsible for the association's propaganda work, advertising design and cg animation production, and responsible for the layout and decoration of the event venue. External relations department: responsible for raising funds for various activities of the association, and cultivating members' keen market insight, cutting-edge marketing concepts, excellent communication and planning skills and effective execution.

Training Department: It is the link between the association and the company to provide social practice posts related to marketing, train marketing skills, cultivate planning and teamwork skills and improve execution.

Before each activity, the Council held a meeting, made comprehensive and detailed preparations through collective discussion or voting, and transformed it into an activity plan (cardboard and electronic version), printed and distributed it to all departments, and then put the work responsibilities into the heads of all departments. The financial system of marketing association of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics is the highest criterion of financial management of the association. In order to standardize the standards of association members' participation in association activities, the association issued the Detailed Rules for Digital Management of Marketing Association of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics (Board Edition and Member Edition), which strictly standardized the daily work of the association, including daily discipline, work development, ideological education, member training, etc., and put forward very high requirements for the president and members. Those who violate the rules will be punished according to the seriousness of the case. Reward the directors and members who have performed well and made outstanding contributions, and commend them and issue certificates at the general meeting.

At the same time, in order to standardize the campus recruitment of the association and ensure the fairness and openness of recruitment activities, the association specially drafted the recruitment management rules of the marketing association of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as the guiding basis for the association to carry out recruitment work.

In order to learn and expand the knowledge of marketing theory, at the beginning of its establishment, our Association hired Mr. Ma Shijun, who was rated as "Top Ten Marketing Experts in China", the executive director of China University Marketing Research Association, China Marketing Association, a professor of our Institute and a doctoral tutor, as the consultant of the Association. After class, the association often invites Professor Ma to give lectures on marketing knowledge for its members, which greatly improves their marketing knowledge, enriches the theoretical atmosphere of the association and encourages them to further study the combination of theory and practice. As the largest student association in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, our position is very clear: keep up with the development pace of the college, help students to improve their marketing theory on campus, cooperate with off-campus enterprises, provide students with more opportunities for social practice, and become a link between our students and society. Under the guidance of the Youth League Committee, the activities organized by our association are also constantly innovating. At present, the main activities of the association include:

1. Popularize and disseminate marketing knowledge in hospitals and hold various lectures, speeches and reports;

2. Brand campus trip series activities, including "camp" in campus marketing challenge, star debate contest of camp association, quality development activities, marketing development forum, anniversary celebration, part-time job fair, etc.

4. Invite experts, scholars and successful people in the field of marketing to conduct various marketing trainings;

In order to conform to the development trend of student associations in society and strengthen the publicity work of the associations, I have trained an excellent publicity team. Through friendly cooperation with brother associations, I opened a website in 2006, becoming the first student association with independent domain name and space. There are news trends of the association, members' experiences after participating in social practice, literary works, activity pictures and so on published on the website. There are also BBS and QQ groups for friends who are interested in the marketing industry inside and outside the association to communicate. At the same time, we also strengthened cooperation with South China Morning Post, Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, College Fashion Weekly, Time and Space Network, Konggu.com and other media, and made in-depth reports on our activities and development. Now, a relatively perfect publicity platform has been built, and the effect is being exerted step by step, so the influence of the association is gradually improved. In the years of work, our association has followed the development pace of the college and gradually changed from "practice-oriented" to "theoretical research-oriented, combining theory with practice" undergraduate training mode. On the basis of maintaining the original brand activities, we constantly enhanced the influence of theoretical knowledge and organized a series of unique activities.

Since its establishment, the association has successfully held five campus "camp" marketing challenges. Through cooperation with well-known enterprises, we have built a practical platform for school-enterprise cooperation for the students of Finance College, and improved and developed the training mode of "theory+practice".

All previous marketing development forums keep pace with the times and popularize and disseminate the latest marketing theory knowledge for everyone. In the annual "Hundred Regiments War" recruitment scene, the recruitment booths of marketing associations are always full, and there is an endless stream of freshmen who come to consult and join the club. They are all eager to get more exercise in the team of the camp association and show their style on the stage of the camp association, because the camp association has created such a platform for the students. Human resource management is an important measure for our association to introduce enterprise management mode and cultivate its members.
