Settle the case through the consumer association or bring a lawsuit to the court.

1. It is a civil dispute that the training institution does not refund the relevant fees. If negotiation fails, a civil lawsuit shall be brought to the court where the defendant is located for settlement.

2. Handle complaints from consumer associations. Complaints against consumers shall be handled by the consumer association or its subordinate branches where the respondent is located.
