According to the Reply of official website of Changchun Municipal People's Government on the Land Planning Scheme of Fenshui Brigade in Xinglongshan Town, Kuancheng District, it can be known that the expropriation planning of Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone is formulated according to the needs of national economic and social development planning, overall land use planning, urban and rural planning and special planning, and this area is not included in the national economic and social development planning of the Economic Development Zone. As of July 2023 10, the water division brigade of Xinglong Mountain Town, Kuancheng District, Changchun City was not included in the collection scope.
