First, the recruitment target and application conditions

(1) Recruitment Target

Graduates of previous full-time junior college or above (excluding entrusted students and oriented students) are admitted inside and outside the province, and the qualifications of primary school teachers can be relaxed to teachers' college or above except English majors (among them, graduates of teachers' college can apply for positions in Chinese or mathematics, and candidates majoring in music, sports and fine arts can only apply for their own professional positions). Two. Registration and qualification examination

(1) Sign up. The registration work is organized by Longli County Recruitment Staff Leading Group Office, and the registration is conducted by on-site registration. Each candidate can only apply for one position, and the ratio of the position before the exam to the number of candidates can reach 1:5 (except for engineering and technology majors, the ratio can be relaxed to 1:3). The total score of the written test will be increased by 1 point before conversion, and the total extra points will not exceed 5 points. (3) Establish the integrity system of candidates. When registering, candidates should carefully fill in the application information according to the recruitment guide, and ensure the authenticity and validity of the information filled in. If the information filled in is inconsistent with the actual situation or fraudulent, the employment qualification will be cancelled when hiring.

(4) Other relevant precautions.

Candidates pay the examination fee 100 yuan when registering. On April 23-25, candidates went to the cadre unit of Longli County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau to get the admission ticket (candidates who applied for teacher positions went to the political work unit of Longli County Education Bureau to get the admission ticket). The written test scores of "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" and professional knowledge are 100%, each accounting for 50% of the total written test score, and the total written test score accounts for 60% of the comprehensive score. According to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans 1: 3, the interviewer is determined according to the total score of written test from high to low. If a position enters the interview, the last candidate's total written test score is tied and can participate in the interview at the same time.

(2) Interview (professional skill test or trial teaching)

The interview score is 100%, accounting for 40% of the comprehensive score. According to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1: 1, the list of medical examiners will be determined according to the comprehensive score from high to low (if the interviewer's interview score does not reach 60, the medical examination qualification will be cancelled).

Fourth, physical examination

The number of physical examinations is determined according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited and the total score of comprehensive scores from high to low: 1: 1. If the total score of the last candidate in a position is tied and it is impossible to determine the physical examination, a written test will be conducted to determine the ranking. If the first candidate in the position who takes the written test again fails to pass the physical examination, the scores of the candidates who take the written test again will be replenished from high to low. The physical examination was conducted in the hospital designated by the office of the leading group for recruiting staff in Longli County. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Those who fail the medical examination will not be hired. Due to vacancies in the physical examination or voluntary abstention of candidates, with the approval of the leading group for recruiting staff in Longli County, the physical examination can be supplemented in turn according to the total score.
