Do private high schools recruit some teachers every year?

Private schools, like training institutions, are highly mobile. A big reason is that the mechanism here is not satisfactory.

First of all, many people come to school as teachers for stability and good welfare, which is only available in public schools. Private schools have no provident fund except accommodation and wages. So many people come here just to mix a year or two of teaching experience and prepare for the exam.

Moreover, most private schools are poor and have no welfare. Except for some international schools and elite schools, the treatment is not bad.

Finally, private schools are essentially profit-making organizations set up by some private bosses, and their interests are paramount, not how much they feel about education. Therefore, strengthening the teaching staff is not their strategy. It is said that using new teachers will reduce the cost of wages. Teachers can't learn anything here and can't fully develop. The school only emphasizes students' performance indicators. So of course I won't stay long.
