Is it a lie for daydream game company to recruit graphic designers?

I went to this company for an interview a month ago and had a good chat. I asked for a test at home to evaluate it, and I haven't heard from you since. The company is still recruiting graphic designers, and it is estimated that the works of people interviewed every day can fill a vacancy.

Nowadays, many companies will ask for test questions when recruiting designers, which is obviously a distrust of designers. As a result, many companies cheat works in the name of recruitment.

Whether cheating or not, as job seekers, in order to make a living, we always have to do this. However, I appeal to all design friends to remember to add watermarks to the works tested in the future in case these opportunistic companies succeed.
