On February 28th, 2007, Haima Investment Group Co., Ltd. acquired Zhengzhou Light Vehicle Factory in zhongmou county, Henan Province through asset restructuring.

On April 6th, 2007, Zhengzhou Light Vehicle Factory was renamed as "Zhengzhou Light Vehicle Co., Ltd.".

On July 17, 2007, Haima Group established Haima (Zhengzhou) Automobile Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, and transferred its 0/00% equity of Zhengzhou Light Automobile Company/KLOC-0 to Haima Zhengzhou Company, and carried out technical transformation on Zhengzhou Light Automobile Co., Ltd. to form a production capacity of 50,000 vehicles.

On February 17, 2009, Fujita, the first product of Haima Zhengzhou, rolled off the assembly line.

On April 2, 2009, Haima Commercial Automobile Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology signed the Agreement on Automobile Promotion and Production Enterprises in the Countryside in Beijing, becoming the first batch of 15 contracted enterprises for "automobile going to the countryside", and Haima Fujita became a model for enjoying state subsidies for automobile going to the countryside.

On April 20th, 2009, Haima Zhengzhou announced the official launch of the first mini-car product-Fujita at the 09 Shanghai International Auto Show.

At the end of June 2009, the project of 300,000 engines in Haima Zhengzhou Base started construction.
