The film slitting machine consists of unwinding mechanism, cutting mechanism, winding mechanism, functional roller and tension control, deviation correction control and detection devices. Its working principle is that the metallized film raw materials released from the unwinding mechanism enter the cutting mechanism through the flattening roller, the tension detection roller, the electrified roller and the rectification system, and the raw materials are respectively wound into film rolls meeting the standards by the winding mechanism after cutting.

PLC completes the operation, controls the actions of each part, and realizes the self-diagnosis function of the system;

As a man-machine interface, the touch screen accepts the operator's instructions and sets and displays various operating parameters.

The frequency converter drives the main drag motor to provide motion and power for each transmission mechanism;

The unwinding tension control system adopts constant tension unwinding to ensure that the raw materials are not deformed and wrinkled during cutting;

The winding tension control system adopts constant torque winding, so that the wound finished material roll is moderately elastic and the end face of the film roll is neat;

The deviation correction control system corrects the deviation caused by various factors in the process of raw materials or transmission, so that the knife edge is always kept in the center of the metallized film isolation belt during the cutting process, which ensures the realization of edge retention accuracy;

The electrified power supply outputs an adjustable DC voltage of 0 ~ 900 V, which is applied to both sides of the metallized film through electrified rollers. In the process of thin film transfer, all kinds of conductive and semi-conductive impurities in thin film medium are removed, which can effectively improve the quality of capacitors.

The signal detected by the sensor is sent to PLC to record the length, diameter and various motion states of the cut film roll, thus realizing the automatic control of the system.
