The project plans to lease the land and vacant workshop of the former Beijing Hyundai No.1 Factory, and build four new production workshops: stamping, welding, painting and final assembly.

As early as June, it was reported that Li would invest 6 billion yuan to take over Beijing Hyundai No.1 factory and build a brand-new production base, but both sides denied it at that time.
