Xinxiang Medical College and Sanquan College are not the same school.

This stage began in 2003, and the Henan Provincial Department of Education approved Xinxiang Medical College and Zhengzhou Sanquan Food Co., Ltd. to jointly run Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College. This is a private education mode. Shanghai Company is responsible for investment and fees, and Xinxiang Medical College is responsible for teaching, management and profit sharing.

2. At this stage, Sanquan College is a branch school of Xinxiang Medical College, which is similar to a branch school and attached to the teachers, resources and brands of Xinxiang Medical College. Sanquan College has also been officially recognized as an independent college by the Ministry of Education, but it still belongs to Xinxiang Medical College.

Third, the second stage is the brother stage.

1. This stage began in 2009. Xinxiang Medical College signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Yumei Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. to establish Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College. This is a joint school-running mode. Shanghai Company is responsible for investment, construction and operation, and Xinxiang Medical College is responsible for education, scientific research and service.

2. Sanquan College has gradually got rid of its dependence on Xinxiang Medical College, and has its own resources and teachers, as well as its own characteristics and advantages. Sanquan College has also become one of the first independent colleges in Henan Province to obtain the right to run undergraduate courses, and has carried out cooperation and exchanges with many universities at home and abroad. The relationship between Sanquan College and Xinxiang Medical College has changed from mother and son to brothers, relatively independent and helping each other.

Fourth, the third stage is an independent stage.

This stage started from 20 19, when Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College planned to be transformed into Xinxiang Second Medical College, and the Henan Provincial Department of Education announced the transformation plan. This is an independent school-running mode, with Shanghai Company responsible for investment, construction and operation, and Xinxiang Second Medical College responsible for education, scientific research and service.
