Requirements for a security captain

The necessary conditions are as follows:

1. Have rich security knowledge and experience.

2. Able to formulate effective safety plans and guide subordinates to perform tasks.

3. Have excellent communication and management skills and be able to communicate effectively with team members, customers and other relevant personnel to ensure that everyone understands and abides by safety rules and regulations.

4. Be proficient in the operation of security systems and equipment.
