Due to the needs of business work, Party A now employs Party B as a part-time secondary constructor (major: electromechanical); Party A and Party B have reached an agreement through friendly negotiation, and hereby conclude the following agreement for both parties to abide by:

I. Employment Term: The employment term of Party B in Party A is one year. The employment period is calculated from the date of successful registration (the date of successful registration is subject to the date published by Guangdong Construction Network). If Party A breaches the contract, Party A shall bear all consequences and compensate Party B for all losses; Party B shall not be responsible for all the consequences caused by Party A's breach of contract in using Party B's registration certificate or practice badge. 2. Four. Obligations and rights of Party B:

1. Party B promises to provide true and legal information to Party A.
