Science and technology parks provide management and coordination services for enterprises in the parks. Such as park planning, park order management and coordinating the relationship between park enterprises and relevant government departments. Fourthly, from the point of view of the mobility of incubating (resident) enterprises, the mobility of enterprises in incubators and accelerators is strong, while the mobility of science and technology industrial parks is poor. Excluding failure cases, the stronger the mobility of the first two, the stronger the service ability. Science parks are the opposite.
