Tongzhou bay's development advantages

Land: The planned control area of Nantong Binhai Park is 820 square kilometers, and the planned core area is 585 square kilometers (including 292 square kilometers of land and 293 square kilometers of beaches over 0 meters in the sea area). The core area includes some areas of Dayu Town in Rudong, Dongan Science Park in Rudong, all areas of Sanyu Town in Tongzhou and the former Tongzhou Binhai New Area. The construction land area of the park can reach 400 square kilometers (including tidal flat reclamation area), all of which can be used for development and construction. It is rare that the land resources in China are so rich.

Port: Nantong Binhai Park has an excellent port construction area in tongzhou bay. The water depth in tongzhou bay is good. The-15m isobath in the south and the Sansha flood diversion in the middle are basically connected. The water depth between a glass of water at the eastern end of Lengjiasha and the theoretical surface-15m is only about 2.6km away from the 0-meter line. Yaosha, Lengjiasha and Sanjiasha can form a deep-water coastline near 150 km. Tongzhou bay has a vast area with alternating beaches and waterways. After proper reclamation, large sand bodies such as Yaosha, Lengjiasha and Sanjiasha can form more than 400 square kilometers of land, all of which can be used for development and construction. It can be said that large-scale ports and port-facing industries not only provide the needed land, but also provide a broad development space for the town construction behind the ports.

According to experts' research, tongzhou bay, where Nantong Binhai Park is located, is one of the rare excellent port construction areas in the eastern coastal areas of China. The deep-water coastline 150km in Yaosha and Lengjiasha areas of the park can be planned to build 5- 100 tonnage terminals 10 and 300,000 tonnage terminals 10. Sanjiasha, which is currently under development and construction, is planned to form a 20,000-50,000-ton port group with an area of 23 square kilometers and a coastline length of18km. In addition to its logistics function, its hinterland mainly builds large-scale petrochemical, metallurgical, shipbuilding and marine heavy industry bases, which is the first choice for the development of port-based industries in the Yangtze River Delta. Airport: The park is 50 kilometers away from Nantong Xingdong Airport, about an hour's drive. The park is 0/56km away from Shanghai Pudong Airport/KLOC-and passes through Chongqi Bridge.

Highway: the eastern section of Pinghai Avenue has been completed and entered the park, and the western section leading directly to the main urban area of Nantong is under construction. After the completion of Pinghai Avenue, the drive from Nantong downtown to Nantong Binhai Park will be shortened from 1 hour 20 minutes to about 40 minutes. The coastal high-grade highway crossing the park in the north-south direction has started construction and will be completed by the end of 20 13. This road leads directly to Lianyungang, Yancheng, Nantong and Shanghai.

The planned expressway in Yang Qi (Yangzhou to Hai 'an to Qidong) will pass through the west of the park and the demonstration section in tongzhou bay, and the construction will start in April 20 16.

Railway: The planned coastal intercity railway will connect the urban area with the coastal park, making the traffic from the park to the urban area faster. The planned coastal railway runs through the west of the park.

Ports: The park will use the advantages of port resources to develop and build port groups. The park is 280 nautical miles from Lianyungang in the north and 120 nautical miles from Shanghai Yangshan deepwater port area in the south.

Public transportation: There are four buses leading to Nantong: No.800 (East Bus Station-tongzhou bay Business Building), No.802 (tongzhou bay Science and Education City-School West Bus Parking Lot), No.618 (Nantong Municipal Affairs Center-tongzhou bay Business Center) and No.801road (tongzhou bay Business Center-bonsai garden).

Public transportation from the park management committee to the surrounding areas: No.335 (tongzhou bay Commercial Building-Sanyu), No.810 (tongzhou bay Automobile Transportation Center-Dongling Police Station), No.810 (tongzhou bay Automobile Transportation Center Ring Road) and No.812 (tongzhou bay Commercial Building-Xinhua)
