Do private schools need teacher qualification certificates?

In our country, the education department stipulates that the personnel engaged in the education industry must hold the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before they can hold the official teacher position. Whether it is a public school or a private school, teachers must have relevant certificates when recruiting and hiring. Private schools will not recruit them as official lecturers before obtaining qualification certification.
