When and where is the dog market in Linshu?

The fourth and ninth days of the lunar calendar are the days of gathering in Linshu. There is a dog market at the intersection of North Outer Ring Road and East Outer Ring Road (north of Linshu Town Central Middle School and south of Caowa Village). Because the markets in the county have moved there, department stores and vegetables are divided into districts, but the dog market is generally on the roadside and there is no fixed area.
