What do building technicians do?

Technicians are junior titles, technicians and assistant engineers are junior titles, engineers are intermediate titles, and deputy senior and senior engineers are senior titles.

Responsibilities of civil engineers:

1. Implement relevant national technical policies and superior technical management system, and be fully responsible for the technical work of the project.

2. Organize construction technicians to learn and implement various technical policies, technical regulations, specifications, standards and technical management systems. Implement quality management system standards. Organize technicians to be familiar with contract documents and construction drawings, and participate in construction investigation, blue prints.the design and design disclosure.

3. Be responsible for formulating the construction scheme, compiling the construction technical organization design, and making disclosure to relevant technical personnel.

4. Organize the formulation of various plans and schemes of the project, and assist the project manager in the daily management of site cost, safety, construction period and civilized construction.

5. Organize the quality inspection of the project department, supervise and inspect the production team for self-inspection, mutual inspection and handover inspection, and carry out high-quality engineering activities.

6. Responsible for sorting out the change design report, claim intention report and claim information.

7. Participate in various construction production coordination meetings organized by the construction unit, and prepare annual, quarterly and monthly construction progress plans.

8. Be responsible for the collection, collation and declaration of project pricing and measurement data at various stages of the project.

9. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents for completion, and participate in the completion acceptance.

10. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.
