In 2005, Jiangxi Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Kelun Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. were established; Lease Jilin Kelun Cornell Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Guang 'an Branch of Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was newly established. In 2003, Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was changed to Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and at the same time, non-PVC soft bags and plastic bottles that meet the standards were introduced in Sichuan and Hunan, and high-tech fat emulsion production lines were introduced and fully certified. Heilongjiang Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established, initially completing the layout of infusion industry in China.

In 2002, Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Factory was transformed into Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Factory Co., Ltd.; Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. was established and began to expand into the upstream field of the industrial chain; Sichuan Mingzhu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established to build an industrial base for various oral solid preparations such as tablets, capsules and granules.

Successfully leased and operated the large infusion workshop of Sichuan Shehong Pharmaceutical Factory, forming an industrial capacity with an annual output of 90 million bottles of infusion; Established Chengdu Kelun Institute of Medicine, introduced four new drugs, and independently developed four new drugs.
