Experience Chaozhou tea ceremony

I have been thinking about Chaozhou, because Chaozhou cuisine is very attractive and the ancient city of Chaozhou has its own characteristics. But I didn't expect Chaozhou Tea Ceremony to leave a deep impression on me in the end.

I have long known the famous Fenghuang Dan Cong tea in Chaozhou dialect, and Kung Fu tea has always been very popular in Guangdong. Our family also has a full set of kung fu tea sets, and we make two pots from time to time. In Chaozhou, it is necessary to buy tea. I also drank a lot of tea in the tea shop. The pure fragrance of tea is not enough to make me feel good about Chaozhou tea ceremony, but the tea ceremony that I still remember after I came back came from a chance encounter.

After lunch that day, we walked to the West Lake in Chaozhou and passed an alley. We saw some Cantonese-speaking ladies taking pictures outside a building (chaozhou people speaks Chaoshan dialect and Mandarin, but not Cantonese). Very curious, I looked at it carefully. It turned out to be a museum. At that time, the door was closed. Looking carefully, I found that I didn't open the door until after 2 o'clock. It was 1: 50. Being interested in all museums, we waited patiently for 10 minutes.

Chaozhou Kungfu Tea Culture Museum is located in an ancient building with local characteristics in Chaozhou, which is very charming.

After opening the door, the security guard asked us to put our carry-on luggage in the locker outside, and we were not allowed to take pictures after entering the door. So I can only shoot the courtyard, and all this stems from their respect for the tea ceremony.

Entering the courtyard, the history of tea development is on both sides. Tea originated in Shennong, tasted a hundred herbs and was discovered. Zhou Wuwang cut it, and tea was a tribute. In the Tang dynasty, steamed green cake tea appeared, and in the Song dynasty, tea was divided into two kinds: piece tea and loose tea. After the Ming dynasty, tea was steamed and fried, and black tea, yellow tea and black tea appeared.

Entering the inner hall, tea sets from different historical periods are displayed. I have to say that when we pay attention to the development process of tea sets, we can't help but question whether these are imitations. The staff of the museum told us that they were all genuine. Knowing this, we admire this small museum a little more, because it has collected tea sets from different dynasties and parties, and it must have taken a lot of effort.

After the visit, the curator personally showed us the tea set and tea ceremony of the Ming Dynasty, which took them three years to reproduce.

People in Ming Dynasty consciously pursued a kind of natural beauty and environmental beauty in drinking tea. The artistry of tea drinking in Ming Dynasty is also manifested in the pursuit of the beauty of tea drinking environment, which includes the number of tea drinkers and the natural environment.

At that time, there was a saying about the number of people drinking tea: "One person gets the spirit, two people get the interest, three people get the taste, and seven or eight people are famous for giving tea." For the natural environment, it is best to live in a quiet mountain, frugal woodshed, Qingxi, Songtao, and no noise.

Although it was during the Spring Festival, few tourists could walk into the museum, so only three of us attended the curator's tea ceremony exhibition.

From the beginning, the curator told us that this was a tea ceremony, not a tea ceremony. Tea ceremony is a way to appreciate the beauty of tea. It is also considered as a life art of making tea, a life etiquette with tea as the medium, and a life style of self-cultivation with tea. It is a very beneficial beauty ceremony to make tea, taste tea, smell tea, drink tea, enhance friendship, please Xiu De, learn etiquette and appreciate traditional virtues. Drinking tea can calm the mind, help to cultivate sentiment and eliminate distractions.

The tea that the curator showed us was also made by the tea-making process in the Ming Dynasty, and there is no sale in the market at present. When the curator built the kettle and washed the cup, the action was simple but with a sense of respect and awe, which made us unconsciously straighten up and watch the curator's action.

When making tea for the first time, the tea soup is not very rich, but it is clear and fragrant. The curator taught us how to drink tea without burning our mouths. The mouth is O-shaped, and the tea soup is absorbed quickly. The process will also make a sound. One cup divided into three cups is the authentic drinking method. After listening to the director's instructions, drinking tea like this is really not afraid of scalding.

Only 2g of tea was used in this exhibition, but under the exhibition of the curator, we drank 1 1 of tea. The curator said that if time permits, we could at least make more1of tea, which subverted our understanding of tea at once.

The curator told us that the most attractive thing about tea ceremony is the people who make tea. People who make tea are quiet and clean enough to make tea have a different feeling and bring a quiet to people who taste tea.

Indeed, in the whole process, we didn't have much verbal communication with the curator, but the curator's every move brought us into a simple tea world. In this world of tea, tea soup nourishes our hearts. Watching the curator cook tea makes our impetuous hearts calm down bit by bit and forget everything.

After the performance, we got our luggage back and found that more than an hour had passed, but we thought it was only 10 minutes.
