All right. Lier Chemical is a Sino-foreign joint venture initiated by Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics and Russian Academy of Sciences in February 1993. In 2007, the company was transformed into a foreign-invested joint-stock company and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2008. The head office is located in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China Science and Technology City.
