What are the job responsibilities of "Dyeing and Printing Worker"?

The work mainly includes:

(1) Operate the heat setting machine, control temperature, time, speed, fabric tension, etc., and overfeed, expand and bake the fabric Setting, cooling, etc.;

(2) Check the quality and width of the fabric, check the whiteness, color, etc.;

(3) Discover and deal with abnormal phenomena during the heat setting process ;

(4) Clean and maintain equipment and deal with operational failures;

(5) Fill in the production record card.
