Guangzhou First Bus, formerly known as Guangzhou Pan Guanggong Automobile Co., Ltd., is the largest public transport enterprise in Panyu District. Established in 2006 by two subsidiaries of New World Group and Guangzhou Second Automobile Company (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Second Automobile Company"). The term of the joint venture is 30 years and the total assets exceed 83.6 million yuan. Two companies under New World Group * * * hold 60.63% of the shares, of which New World First Bus Service (China) Co., Ltd. holds 25% and Guangzhou Second Automobile Co., Ltd. holds 39.37%.
