I. Recruitment Methods and Principles

(2) Organizing registration. All qualified college graduates can register with their ID card, registered permanent residence and graduation certificate at the human resources department of the administrative organ where their registered permanent residence is located, and the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruits should reach 3: 1 or above. (II) The human and social departments of each administrative region shall, in accordance with the notification requirements, conduct extensive publicity through the Internet, newspapers, radio, television, bulletin boards and other forms within their respective jurisdictions, publish and post recruitment announcements, guide and encourage qualified unemployed college graduates to actively participate, and pay special attention to college graduates from zero-employment families and families with employment difficulties, so as to provide them with employment opportunities as soon as possible.
(3) According to the requirements of the ministries and agencies, each applicant who has passed the preliminary qualification examination shall pay the examination fee, printing paper fee and marking fee, totaling 100 yuan. Among them, it shall be paid to the provincial professional examination institutions according to the standard of 40 yuan per person (this fee shall be paid together when receiving the examination paper). Relevant certificates shall be submitted if the written examination fee is reduced or exempted. Low-income family members can enjoy free written examination fee with the certificate and low guarantee (copy) issued by the civil affairs department, and at the same time, they need to provide relevant certification materials (such as household registration book) that can prove their relationship with their families.
