What is the average salary?

The treatment of translators is influenced by education, ability, work experience, employment area and other factors.

(1) From the educational background:

Master's salary is generally higher than undergraduate's. Graduate school is good, and the salary and starting salary are sometimes better. Different companies and regions have different regulations. Pay more attention to graduates from Beijing Foreign Studies University, Shanghai International Studies University, Peking University, Fudan University, Guangzhou Foreign Studies University, Foreign Affairs University, Xiamen University, Sun Yat-sen University and Wuhan University. There are only a handful of schools with strong English and translation skills in China, with a maximum of 15.

(2) If you don't have any work experience and other industry backgrounds, you are only familiar with some English, and you have a professional level 8 (below 80 points). The salary is generally higher, generally 3000-7500 (including English/Translation Master).
