According to the Notice on Printing and Distributing issued by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Personnel Department; Notice (Liao Renfa [2007]1No.) and Notice on Relevant Matters Concerning Open Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions (Liao Renfa [2007]174No.), the relevant matters concerning open recruitment of staff in institutions affiliated to Liaoning Federation of Literary and Art Circles are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment unit

Music Life magazine is a fully funded institution of Liaoning Federation of Literary and Art Circles, mainly engaged in the comparative study of music theory and the development of Chinese and foreign music. I publish music life magazine. Its publication Musical Life was founded on 1957. After more than 50 years of development, it has discovered and trained a large number of music talents, and is an important music periodical in our province.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) It meets the basic conditions for employing staff in public institutions;

(2) Master degree or above in music theory and music education, under 35 years old (born after 1 August/9771day), familiar with music periodicals and publishing; Familiar with the comparative study of Chinese and foreign music; Experience in studying foreign music major, at least proficient in one foreign language.

Third, the recruitment organization

This recruitment is organized and implemented by Liaoning Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

Fourth, recruitment steps

(1) Registration and qualification examination

Registration time: August 6th, 20 12 to August 10, 2012;

Registration place: Room 307, No.74 Bajing Street, Heping District, Shenyang.

On-site registration and qualification examination: applicants must hold 2 open recruitment registration forms (see attachment), 2 recent 1 inch color bareheaded photos, their ID cards and 2 originals (academic certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education, etc.). ) and 2 copies of the certificate required for registration (A4 paper), other relevant materials that can prove personal abilities and qualifications, and main work performance certification materials. After verification, the registration is deemed to be valid.

(2) Examination

The examination is conducted by written examination and interview.

The written test mainly tests candidates' comprehensive ability to run magazines and their mastery of Chinese and foreign music theories. After the written test, the candidates to be interviewed are determined from high score to low score. The time and place of written examination will be notified separately.

The interview mainly examines the candidate's language expression ability, logical thinking ability and theoretical mastery level. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

(3) Physical examination

According to the total scores of candidates, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the proportion of recruitment plan 1: 1. Those with the same total scores will be determined according to the interview results from high to low.

Those who pass the medical examination are determined to be candidates to be hired.

(4) Publicity and employment

After the personnel to be hired are confirmed, they will be publicized on Liaoning Personnel Examination Network and Liaoning Literature and Art Network for 7 days. If there is no doubt during the publicity period, go through the employment procedures and sign a labor contract according to the regulations.
