It belongs to Archean and Mesoproterozoic strata and has a very old metamorphic hilly landform structure. Dayi Mountain is located in Guanyun County, 30 kilometers away from Lianyungang City, surrounded by Ninglian Expressway, Lianyan Expressway, National Highway 204 and Provincial Highway 324. Covering an area of 5 square kilometers, it has been known as "ten miles of green hills and a half into the city" since ancient times.
