Today, I feel very honored to attend the launching ceremony of Spring Breeze Action in the autonomous region and the 9th1job fair, and speak as a representative of the employer. First of all, please allow me, on behalf of all employers, to express my heartfelt thanks to the Party committee and government of the autonomous region for their support and help to the development of our enterprise over the years! I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other government departments that held the launching ceremony of Spring Festival and Talent Fair! Thank you for building a platform for enterprise development and providing opportunities for recruiting talents.

At present, it is an opportunity period of great economic development and social prosperity in our region, and it is also a golden period of enterprise development. The party committee and government of the autonomous region have issued a series of preferential policies to help enterprises become bigger and stronger, and we are the biggest beneficiaries. While developing ourselves, it is our duty and responsibility to repay the society.

Here * * * * Co., Ltd. solemnly promises that in 20 12 years, we will introduce as many new employees as possible in different positions according to the actual needs of enterprise development, absorb more surplus labor force, college graduates and people with employment difficulties in agricultural and pastoral areas, and do our best for the employment and re-employment work in our region. The second is to take responsibility. Ensuring employment is the most realistic social responsibility of enterprises with different economic components at present. Ensuring employment means ensuring people's livelihood, ensuring people's livelihood means ensuring stability, and ensuring stability means ensuring growth.
