With the continuous improvement of teaching quality, our students have made great achievements in major performances and competitions at home and abroad. For example, he won the gold medal and silver prize in the children's drama "Little Plum Blossom" contest in China for five years in a row, and participated in the performance of CCTV's "Little Plum Blossom" National Awards Gala twice. Participated in the Spring Festival Gala of Shaanxi TV Station for four consecutive years and won the Excellent Performance Award and the Best Program Award. In the sixth "Peach and Plum Cup" Dance Competition held by the Ministry of Culture, our school's dance "Braids and Braids" won the "Group Dance Award", dance "Drum Red" won the award of excellent choreography and excellent organization, and dance "Fire" won the third prize of excellent choreography and performance in the seventh "Peach and Plum Cup" Dance Competition in 2003. At the first China Shaanxi Opera Art Festival organized by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Dramatists Association, Jin Hang Li, a young teacher of our school, won the first prize for his oratorio, and Han Xiaoqing, a young teacher, won the first prize for his Shaanxi Opera performer and drummer. Yuan Shiping, a vocal music teacher, won the 5th District Yongxi Excellent Education Award of the Ministry of Culture, and Lu won the 8th China Drama Festival Excellent Performance Award. In recent years, the school has also held exchange performances at the invitation of France, Indonesia and Hong Kong, and maintained good relations with art colleges in Japan, Singapore, the United States and Australia.

With the continuous improvement of teaching quality, in recent years, the number of graduates who have been promoted to art colleges in our school has increased year by year, and the enrollment rate of senior high school entrance examination in 2002 was 60%. Graduates enter Beijing Dance Academy, Central Academy of Drama, Shanghai Theatre Academy, Minzu University of China, Xi Conservatory of Music, Sichuan Conservatory of Music, Xi Academy of Fine Arts, Shaanxi Normal University, Nanjing Art Institute and other well-known universities. It has sent a large number of new students to all kinds of higher art colleges in China, and is the training base for reserve students of Central Academy of Drama, Beijing Dance Academy, Shanghai Conservatory of Music and Central Academy of Drama.

The employment prospects are broad, and graduates have sprung up in various positions.

Due to strict teaching and standardized management, the school's social popularity has increased year by year, and all previous graduates of Shaanxi Art School have been favored by all walks of life. Every year, dozens of literary and art groups come to our school to attend job fairs. In recent years, the school has actively expanded the employment channels for graduates, and established close ties with many employers in Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Fujian and other provinces and cities, striving to make every graduate find a satisfactory unit. At present, the graduates of Shaanxi Art School are not only distributed in professional art groups, but also go to TV stations, film and television companies, newspapers, advertising companies, military units, art colleges and universities, art education and other ways to arrange students' employment. Many graduates have made remarkable achievements in their respective posts. There are also many graduates majoring in dance who have stayed in Beijing Dance Academy, or worked in famous troupes such as China Ballet and China Opera. Graduates, represented by young artists Li Xiaofeng and Vivi, are flourishing in various artistic fields. Therefore, Shaanxi Art School is known as "Sanqin Art Garden" and "an important base for cultivating medium-sized artistic talents in Northwest China". In 2006, the school employment rate was 85%, 89% and 96% in 2002 and 2003 respectively.
