According to the spirit of the No. 6 Order of the Ministry of Personnel and the Document No. 6 [2004] of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government Copper Office, our city will openly recruit 90 staff from the public in 2008. 1. Basic recruitment conditions

3. The age requirement shall be subject to the "age requirements" announced in the recruitment position. For publicly elected cadres and family members of talent introduction personnel who live separately in the two places, the age requirement can be relaxed by 5 years with relevant certificates from relevant functional departments.

4. In-service personnel from public institutions in urban areas and Tongling County must present proof of approval from their own units and competent authorities to apply for the exam; those employed by local private schools (who have signed an employment contract) must submit a certificate from the service unit. 3. Registration

1. Registration time and location

The city’s unified registration time is April 15-16, 2008;

8:30-12:00 am, 2:30-5:00 pm.

2. Registration method

The information collection of candidates for this registration will be in the form of card reading and on-site electronic photography. Applicants must be present in person and go to the city on April 29-30 Collect the admission ticket at the Personnel Examination Training Center. If you are indeed unable to attend due to special circumstances and someone else registers on your behalf, you must get a new video while receiving your admission ticket. Failure to do so after the deadline will be deemed as giving up the registration.

3. Matters related to registration

(1) Documents that applicants must provide:

For example: If applying for primary and secondary school teacher positions, except for fresh graduates from normal education, other candidates must provide the teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding position when registering (teachers with higher education qualifications can apply for teaching positions in corresponding majors at lower education levels.

All applicants must provide the original academic certificates and qualification certificates required for the position they apply for. Those who fail to provide will be disqualified.

(2) Candidates must fill in the form. "Tongling City 2008 Public Institution Recruitment Staff Qualification Examination Form", submit 2 recent one-inch full-face photos without a hat (two additional photos with the same background are required after admission). In principle, each person is limited to one position (applicants for middle school teacher positions). Candidates can apply for a teacher position in a district-affiliated school with their second choice. The ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job recruitment plans is generally not less than 4:1 before the exam can be opened. If the examination ratio is insufficient, in principle, the recruitment of the position will be canceled or the number of recruitment plans for the position will be reduced accordingly; for urgently needed professional positions, the examination ratio can be appropriately reduced with the approval of the Municipal Recruitment Office.

If the recruitment ratio is insufficient, the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly. For canceled positions, the Municipal Admissions Office will notify applicants at the same time to apply for other positions after the registration is completed.

(3) The examination fee shall be calculated according to the Provincial Price Bureau and the Department of Finance (Anhui Price Fees [2006] 226). No.) regulations: 45 yuan per subject for the written test and 80 yuan per person for the interview.

Applicants with special difficulties (candidates from poor families in urban areas must present the original and copy of their family's "low-income guarantee"; candidates from poor rural families must present the original and copy of their family's "rural special poverty relief certificate"). After review and confirmation by the Municipal Admissions Office, the examination fee will be waived.

(4) Qualification review method

The qualifications of applicants shall, in principle, be reviewed and approved by the Municipal Admissions Office on the spot when registering. After registration and qualification review, those who meet the conditions will be issued admission tickets by the Municipal Admissions Office. Applicants must go to the designated location to take the exam with their Admission Ticket and valid resident ID card. In every step such as registration, examination, physical examination, assessment, and recruitment, candidates' qualifications need to be re-confirmed, and any problems found must be corrected at any time.

IV. Examination

The examination subjects are divided into two subjects: "Professional Ability Test" and "Job Level Test". The combined total score is 100 points, accounting for 30 and 70 points respectively.

1. "Vocational Ability Test"

The "Vocational Ability Test" mainly examines candidates' vocational abilities, including verbal understanding and expression, quantitative relationships, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, etc. Candidates applying for primary and secondary school (kindergarten) teacher positions have added content on education laws and regulations.

The exam time limit is 120 minutes. The test paper is worth 100 points and accounts for 30% of the total score.

This written test is designed to examine the overall quality of the candidates and does not specify review textbooks.

2. "Job Proficiency Test"

The "Job Proficiency Test" is divided into two parts: "Professional Knowledge Test" and "Interview", and is conducted by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Personnel Bureau in conjunction with relevant departments ***Implemented by the same organization.

(1) "Professional Knowledge Test"

The "Professional Knowledge Test" mainly examines the professional knowledge necessary for the candidates' applied positions. The test paper is worth 100 points and accounts for 30% of the total score.

Based on the "Professional Ability Test" scores and the planned number of recruitment positions in a ratio of 1:8, candidates for the "Professional Knowledge Test" will be determined in accordance with the principle of high scores to low scores.

(2) Interview

The interview score is 100 points, and the candidate’s interview score accounts for 40% of the total score.

The interview mainly examines the professional ability and practical ability of the candidates for the position they apply for. Candidates for interviews are determined based on the number of job recruitment plans, by combining the scores of the "Professional Ability Test" and the "Professional Knowledge Test" in a ratio of 1:3, from high scores to low scores, and for urgently needed positions. Interviews will be conducted in the form of structured, trial teaching, and skill manipulation.

3. The examination format for recruitment positions at Tongling Vocational and Technical College will be notified separately.

4. Examination time and location

5. Physical examination

The Municipal Admissions Office determines the physical examination in a 1:1 ratio from high to low based on the combined total score of the "Vocational Ability Test" and the "Job Level Test" Candidate. When candidates have the same scores, the candidates for the physical examination will be selected based on their interview scores and written test scores.

The physical examination standards for candidates applying for teaching positions shall comply with the provisions of Anhui Provincial Jiaoren [2001] No. 35 and Jiaosecuren [2004] No. 56 documents; the physical examination standards for candidates applying for other positions shall refer to the "Physical Examination Standards for the Employment of National Civil Servants" (National Civil Servants' Physical Examination Standards) Ministry of Finance [2005] No. 1) implementation. For special positions, relevant physical examination items can be added or deleted according to the job requirements, but there must be evidence to support them. Physical examination results will be announced promptly on relevant websites.

Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced in order of overall score. If you have any doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination, you can request a re-examination within 2 days from the date of announcement of the conclusion of the physical examination. There is only one re-examination, and the result of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. Physical examinations are conducted in hospitals at or above the county level and are organized by the recruitment authorities themselves.

Those who pass the physical examination will enter the assessment stage.

6. Assessment and Publicity

The assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Assessment and Recruitment of National Civil Servants in Anhui Province (Trial)" (Wan Renfa [1999] No. 58). Focus on examining the ideological and political performance, legal and discipline concepts, professional ethics, ideological style, etc. of the personnel to be recruited. The assessment will be organized by the recruitment department itself

After the physical examination and assessment, the Municipal Recruitment Office will propose the candidates and submit them to the recruitment leading group for approval before publicizing them. 7. Recruitment

If there is no objection to the announcement, the Municipal Personnel Bureau will issue the "Admission Notice for Staff of Tongling City Public Institutions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Admission Notice") to the candidates.
